  • Our soaps are handcrafted. We make them in small batches and cut them in batches by hand, so no two bars will be the exact same. When the saponification process occurs, it can influence colour, pattern, and design. And hence the exact same formula can give different results from batch to batch. You might notice tiny air pockets, bubble-like gaps, or a light whitish layer on the surface known as soda ash - all completely normal and harmless. These variations don’t affect the quality of the soap; instead, they highlight its artisanal nature. Each bar is truly one of a kind, and we think those quirks make it even more special.

  • Keep your soap in a cool, dry place or inside a cupboard.
  • Cold process soaps naturally contain glycerine, a humectant that draws moisture from the air. Especially during rainy season, this can make the soap feel soft or watery, cause the packaging to weaken, or give the appearance that it’s melting. Rest assured, this is simply moisture from the environment and does not affect the soap’s quality. Even if your soap collects some surface moisture, it will still work perfectly once in use.

  • For the best fragrance experience, use your soap within 6 months, as essential oils naturally fade over time. With proper storage, the soap will stay in its best condition for up to 12 months.
